She is an artist, author, entrepreneur, and a Board Certified Doctor of Natural Health who enjoys coaching people into wholeness - spirit, soul, and body. She is also the founder of One Spark International, where she encourages others to live with intention and God-given purpose.
She loves Jesus, her family and friends, laughter, sunshine, nature, writing and music. Long walks on the beach - day or night - quiet her soul.
